For 9 days (2 down 7 to go) Pat and I are watching our adorable nephews, Carter & Maclane. Because we are at the mercy of their sanity, meals will be simple this week.

I tried the sweet potato corn chowder recipe because I love the soup at Citrus Grill. I made it when we had Miles and Emily over. Thanks for coming Em, it was great to have both of you!

The citrus grill soup is my favorite too! I am drooling after reading the recipe. It was fun seeing you two at soccer tonight. Your nephews are ADORABLE!
